The restaurant opens at 14:00, providing a nice afternoon respite after a morning of exploration in the area. While I had other dining plans, the menu looked intriguing, showcasing local flavors that caught my attention. The staff was notably friendly and attentive, ensuring that each guest felt welcomed. I noticed the breakfast, served from 09:30, is individually presented, a delightful touch for those lucky enough to dine at the hotel. Having wandered the quaint lanes of Friesland, I can easily see why Posthus stands out. It's a getaway that pairs culinary curiosity with quaint charm, making it a must for travelers seeking savory escapes.
