I noticed the breakfast, served from 09:30, is individually presented, a delightful touch for those lucky enough to dine at the hotel. Having wandered the quaint lanes of Friesland, I can easily see why Posthus stands out. It’s a getaway that pairs culinary curiosity with quaint charm, making it a must for travelers seeking savory escapes.
